This week we learned about forest animals, the letter P, the number 5, and the plagues in the Bible. The kids made a book about the plagues that is on the bookshelf in our class- have your child show it to you at pickup one day next week.
We learned about wide and narrow, and practiced determining if something was wide or narrow by placing a truck on a narrow road
or a wide road and seeing which road fit.
We continued to work on squares and rectangles and the differences between them.
I hope the kids got to retell you the story of the Mitten and place all the animals back in the mitten in order. This is great practice for them to retell a story with the pieces!
